  Sleep is a regularly recurring condition  of body and mind in which the nervous system is inactive, the eyes closed, the postural muscle relaxed and consciousness and practically suspended. Sleep is the most popular activity in our daily life. We need 8 hours in a day to sleep after do the activities during the day.

            Burn out is the psychological term for the experience of long-term exhaustion and diminished interest. Many theories of burnout include negative outcomes related to burnout , including job function, health related outcomes and mental health problem such as depression. One individual can experience few st unressful, but be unable to process the stress well and thus experience burnout.
